Venous Reflux

Modern, minimally invasive treatment for varicose and spider veins.

Painful, heavy, or visible leg veins are often a sign of venous reflux — a mechanical valve problem that's highly treatable today with office-based procedures. No hospital stay, minimal downtime, most insurance-covered.

Procedure 01

Radiofrequency Ablation

Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

Closes the faulty vein from the inside.

A thin catheter delivers heat to seal a problem vein so blood reroutes through healthy veins. Office-based, under local anesthesia, with patients walking out the same hour.

Duration
45–60 min, office-based
Recovery
Normal activity immediately

Procedure 02

VenaSeal

Medical Adhesive Closure (VenaSeal)

No heat, no compression stockings required.

A medical-grade adhesive closes the faulty vein without thermal energy or required post-procedure compression. One of the most comfortable options for vein closure.

Duration
30–45 min, office-based
Recovery
Normal activity immediately

Procedure 03

Sclerotherapy

Foam & Liquid Sclerotherapy

For spider veins and smaller reticular veins.

An injection of sclerosing solution causes the targeted vein to collapse and fade. Ideal for cosmetic spider veins and smaller varicose branches.

Duration
20–30 min per session
Recovery
Normal activity immediately

Procedure 04

Microphlebectomy

Ambulatory Microphlebectomy

Removes larger surface varicose veins in-office.

Tiny skin punctures (no sutures needed) allow removal of larger bulging surface veins. Combined with RFA or VenaSeal for comprehensive treatment of advanced venous reflux.

Duration
45–60 min
Recovery
Light activity next day
